We sort each date by size, weight, color, moisture content and skin properties. A 360° scan of every date’s surface is performed using the world’s most advanced artificial-intelligence sorting technology, at a rate of 1 kg/second. Our unique methodology and focus on producing only the finest-quality dates ensure a consistently uniform product in every pack.
