Our family

The face behind the name.

Mahmoud Abu Ayyash is the founder behind Abu Ayyash Farms—and the face preserved in our original mark. Since 1970, his work in the Jordan Valley has grown into a family-run farming, packing and export operation, carried forward alongside the next generation.

01 / The founder

Not a mascot. Mahmoud himself.

The face at the centre of our logo is Mahmoud Abu Ayyash himself. We keep the original caricature intact because it places a real person, a real family and a clear promise behind every pack that carries our name.

Dates are our family’s legacy; exceptional quality is our promise.

02 / The family

A legacy practised every day.

What Mahmoud began in 1970 has never become a name detached from its owners. The family still runs the farms and works together across the palms and packing facility, combining generational judgement with modern sorting, quality and cold-chain systems.

For us, continuity is not about repeating the past. It is about carrying what was learned into the next generation and improving how every harvest is protected.

03 / The place

The land is part of the family story.

Our farms sit in the Jordan Valley near the Jordan River and the Dead Sea, on ground the family has worked since 1970. Every harvest has a traceable line from palm to packing facility.
